I received an e-mail from Florida telling (and showing) me about a fairy door at the Apple store in Orlando!
I repeat: May 15-18, 2008 ON NORTH UNIVERSITY (near Hill Auditorium) The "Spring peeper" tickets are out (again) #230156. It will be interesting to see if they last more than one night without being pilfered in great quantity and/or jammed. |

Yikes! Lots to report! The Ann Arbor Book Festival went very well. The weather held out (mostly). I met some wonderful people, including Grayson, the illustrator of The Hairy-Queen Fairy on page 46 of "Who's Behind the Fairy Doors?"!!! I spotted more Fairy Finders There appears to have been a Wild West style brawl at the Micro Brew Café (in Sweetwaters Café). A window and table were smashed! This morning I discovered that the urban fairy door entrance at The Ark was pushed in! And as always, there are more interesting fairy droppings. I PLAN TO POST THE PICS LATER TODAY. (8:45AM) |

Jonathan is currently writing several books on the fairies in collaboration with his wife, Kathleen, who coincidentally has found a fairy door in her kindergarten classroom. Hopefully it will be fun and informative to come back and see what's new with the Urban Fairies of Ann Arbor.
