 Still freaky hot and humid. Slowish day in fairy news... might be the heat? There's an update on the sightings page.

 The Ark fairies have, once again, corrected the ticket-jam. The ufo News blog archives are expanding... two archive pages now. (see above)

 I had a surprisingly pleasant radio interview this morning on "The Rude Awakening" program out of Ocean City, MAryland. Despite the name, the interview was far from rude. "Bulldog" the host D.J. was quite pleasant and articulate.

I received another shot (<clik then scroll down) of a domestic fairy door from Indiana.


The weather "broke" (was fixed?) yesterday....not nearly so hot nor humid today.

 Just got back...late last night from "Up-North".

In MIchigan "up-north" means anything north of Saginaw... though sometimes it can be on the West Coast and not "north" at all. Generally "up north" just means a vacation spot in Michigan. The U.P. (the Upper Penninsula) is Waaaaay "Up North". We were near Traverse City.

ANYWAY... I saw some fairies while there...the Beaver Island Fairy for one....what?...um...
well apparently that is a FERRY. never mind. ( I thought it looked more like a boat)

I found out this morning that a kid "went ape-sh*t"(not my description) and kicked in the fairy door at Voilà. It is sad that some children don't have parents or guardians... no wonder they have outbursts like that.

I'm trying to catch up with e-mails and events.

 I finally got a copy of The Toledo Blade article by Erica Blake...nice. I posted pictures of the damage at Voilà... not so nice. There are a few other updates pending; a letter from the fairies to 3 sisters, who e-mailed a transcript to me and some journal/guestbook entries. Perhaps I will get these in today...or early next week.

 A heapa catching up to do. Journal/guestbooks have filled up even faster! Fairy droppings. Had & having a computer issue...my old computer, which has the better scanner, puked it's guts... so doing some scrambling to retrieve data and set up new scanning system. Not too much lost data...just time nuisance.

 A new door sighting. It appears to be created by a fairy or being of a different aesthetic sensibilty than the previous doors.

 Well the Voilà fairy door has been repaired. I also saw VERY weensie coins at the Ark door. I was lucky enough to see two finder finders examining the door at Sweetwaters and making an entry in the journal/guestbook there.

 Despite the fact that Jefferson Market is pretty close to our house, I have stopped by too much lately, because it is often too depressing. The STORE is still pretty cool... it is just the damage to the fairy door that bums me out. Anyway...more on that on the
Jefferson Market page. in the short time I was at Sweetwaters this morning, I saw a heap of people visiting the urban fairy door there. I snapped a pic of one group, but for others I was not quick on the draw.

Back to the books.

 I just went to check the mail..and found a letter from Fairy Woodland... not so mysterious, as that is company which sells wonderful fairy structures. The amazing part is the enclosure....

 Related to the previous entry... I had to make some chnages to the tour map.
I have a sneaking suspicion that urban fairies will appear elsewhere. Hopefully soon. Perhaps they already have and I have not yet discovered their where-abouts...?

 Managed to get up some sighting images and e-mails that had been sent to me.
Added a new page for a fairy gallery. Some dropping updates are required as well. Busy, busy busy.

 GAAA!!! my e-mail has been "over flowing" (again). Sorry if anybody got bounced. I have, AGAIN, alotted more memory to e-mails and am saving and purging.

 Well the Ark tickets had "stabilized" for a while there.

Over night 702 tickets were gone. Seven HUNDRED...these aren't Stones tickets or Bare Naked Ladies or Jack Johnson tickets. They are fairy tickets that say "g NOT"~ to no specified event at no specified place or time. SO... how many "customers" took over 700 tickets? Where do they end up? I found TWO on the ground and looked into the nearby trash and only saw ONE stuck to the side. Maybe someone is weaving placemats?

There is also the "cat mentality"...the sheer THRILL of pulling paper products off of a roll. WHEEEEEEEeeeeee!!! heeheee...giggle snort!. whew.
