Last night, Delaney and I went downtown. We got a picture of NEW tickets!
It's been a long time! Maybe the fairies have been touring?
These new ones have "X"s and "O"s. I think it must be some sort of binary code/language! I will study it.

We bumped into an Ark volunteer, who said something like, "At first we didn't like it, but now we do." In reference to urban fairies at The Ark. I did not get WHY they weren't liked (at first), but they are liked now,
because of the "excitement and energy" they bring.

It may be time to call out Fairy Security.

Someone must be trying (in vain) to crack the binary code.
I am certain that no human being can. And the jealous goblins have no grasp.

I don't get IN to the Ark as often as I'd like, but this morning I saw someone there and asked if I could come in. Unfortunately, I discovered that the inside of the fairy door has been damaged. The push bar is gone and part of the wood broken off.
I'm guessing that the "fairy fire-marshal" will not be happy about this!
I'm not (happy about this either)

This morning I saw new tickets at the Ark! I did not have my camera... I have misplaced it! The new tickets are yellow with a bee in black and "B & B" in blue.

I got a picture today

It looked as if the urban beavers had been nibbling on the fairy ticket window at The Ark!

Some of the damage has since been repaired.

After quite a long "dry spell" with no tickets. We have a new event... or at least new tickets. They are orange and sport a leaf on each.

After an even longer spell of the tickets being jammed behind the glass... there are new tickets. These are green with a small frog and the word "peep".

I take that to be a
Spring Peeper...?

The very next day.

The very next day.

Drunks? Stooopid People?
Stoopid Drunks?
Unsupervized kids?
Gobblins?

42 tickets left in a heap and the ones left behind jammed.

Those tickets, about 2,000 per roll are hand stamped. It is no wonder we have not seen any sign of fairies around for so many years... it's a wonder there is ANY evidence.

Definitely some disturbed individuals wandering about.

The Ark's Fairy door had its window pushed in. Luckily it did not break!

Some new tickets at The Ark!
I'll have to get one (two) and scan them in. They alternate, an "F" with a frog then a "P" with a crown. A Frog Prince theme, I think!

1-7-2012

Once again the orfans have struck.
The window in the urban-fairy fairy door at The Ark was broken in.

Someone was kind enough do a temporary repair to the window.
1-12-2012

The window was properly replaced.
